Ingredients


  1. 1 cup pumpkin

  2. 1 cup almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

  3. 1/2 cup maple syrup

  4. 1/2 cup Honey

  5. 1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

  6. 1 tsp cinnamon

  7. 1 tsp vanilla

  8. 1 handful chopped walnuts & chocolate chips

  9. sprinkling Sea Salt

Servings: brownies

Instructions



Preheat oven to 350.


In a food processor, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.


Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, and pour batter into pan. Top with chocolate chips, sea salt, and walnuts.


Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before cutting. Store in fridge. Eat. Love.
