About the Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups low fat milk
1 egg
1/3 cup Sugar
3 lbs fresh peaches, chopped
1 pt fresh blueberries
6 cups angel food cake, cubed
Preparation
Whisk together first four ingredients in small pan over medium heat. Stir constantly for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into small mixing bowl and place plastic wrap directly over surface of sauce; chill 2 hours or until ready to serve. Layer fruit and cake in mason jars or small glasses. Drizzle with vanilla sauce and garnish with mint. Eat. Love.
