Ingredients
1 8 oz pkg pasta of your choice (bowtie, fusilli & penne work well)
2 cups red grapes, halved
1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey (or sugar)
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Preparation
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Chop & lightly steam green beans, until crisp-tender. Chop grapes, onions & pecans. Toast pecans until golden brown. Mix mayo, honey (or sugar), vinegar & salt together until well-blended. Toss prepared pasta with produce & nuts, then drizzle with sauce, and combine well. Serve hot or cold. Eat. Love.
