Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

About the Recipe


  1. 1 cup Sugar

  2. 3 tbsp Flour

  3. 3 cups Strawberries sliced

  4. 3 cups rhubarb diced

  5. 1 1/2 cups Flour

  6. 1 cup brown sugar packed

  7. 1 cup butter

  8. 1 cup rolled oats

  9. 3/4 cup almonds sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, mix white sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, strawberries, and rhubarb. Place the mixture in a lightly-buttered 9x13 inch baking dish.

  3. Mix 1 ½ cups of flour, brown sugar, butter, and oats until crumbly (mixing with your hands is the easiest, though you could also use a pastry blender). Crumble on top of the rhubarb and strawberry mixture.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.  Serve with vanilla ice cream if you’d like.
