Spring Detox Smoothie

About the Recipe


  1. Avocado peeled and pitted

  2. Cucumber

  3. Fresh pineapple peeled and diced

  4. Cilantro

  5. Fresh lemon

  6. Kale

  7. Ginger

  8. Ginger peach green tea Any flavor tea can be used

  9. Banana optional


Roughly chop the avocado, cucumber & pineapple, and place them in your blender (use whatever proportion suits your tastes).

Squeeze in a bit of lemon juice and add a spoonful of fresh cilantro.

Toss in a large handful of kale, and shave in a small bit of ginger (be cautious — a little ginger goes a long way!).

Add a banana if you like (I do!), and fill the container at least halfway with your liquid.  (I use green tea for the base, but you could also use almond milk or water.  For a thinner smoothie add more liquid, and for thicker texture use less liquid).

Blend until it’s smooth, and you’ll have a creamy, fresh green smoothie.   Drink.  Love.
