Ingredients


  1. 1 8 oz pkg pasta of your choice (bowtie, fusilli & penne work well)

  2. 1 lb fresh green beans, chopped

  3. 2 cups red grapes, halved

  4. 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped

  5. 1 cup pecans, chopped & toasted

  6. 1 cup Mayonnaise

  7. 1/4 cup honey (or sugar)

  8. 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  9. salt, to taste

Instructions


Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Chop & lightly steam green beans, until crisp-tender. Chop grapes, onions & pecans. Toast pecans until golden brown. Mix mayo, honey (or sugar), vinegar & salt together until well-blended. Toss prepared pasta with produce & nuts, then drizzle with sauce, and combine well. Serve hot or cold. Eat. Love.
